1. Consulting Engagement Cancellation

Clients may request cancellation of a consulting engagement by providing written notice to Devoptro. Cancellation requests will be reviewed in accordance with the signed proposal, Statement of Work (SOW), Master Services Agreement (MSA), or applicable service contract.

2. Managed Cloud Services

Managed Cloud Services may be terminated by either party in accordance with the agreed contract or subscription term. Unless otherwise specified in the service agreement, cancellation requests should be submitted at least 30 days before the next billing cycle.

3. Project Cancellation

If a client cancels an active implementation, migration, infrastructure modernization, or consulting project after work has commenced, the client remains responsible for payment for all completed work, approved milestones, and any non-recoverable project costs incurred up to the cancellation date.

4. Non-Refundable Services

Professional consulting services, cloud architecture design, DevOps implementation, infrastructure assessments, cloud migrations, Kubernetes deployments, security reviews, custom automation, platform engineering, training, workshops, and other professional services are non-refundable once work has started.

5. Third-Party Services

Fees paid to third-party providers, including cloud service providers, software vendors, domain registrars, SSL certificate authorities, licensing partners, hosting providers, or other external vendors, are subject to their respective cancellation and refund policies and are generally non-refundable through Devoptro.

6. Access & Documentation

Upon termination of services, clients will retain ownership of their cloud environments, infrastructure, documentation, and project deliverables that have been fully paid for, unless otherwise stated in the applicable agreement.

7. Transition Assistance

Upon request, Devoptro can provide knowledge transfer, documentation handover, and transition assistance to an internal team or another service provider. Additional transition services may be billed at the applicable consulting rates.

8. Service Suspension

Devoptro reserves the right to suspend or terminate services in cases of non-payment, breach of contract, unlawful activities, security risks, abusive conduct, or violations of our Terms & Conditions.

9. Policy Updates

Devoptro may update this Cancellation Policy from time to time. Revised versions will be published on this page and become effective upon publication unless otherwise stated.
