Devoptro provides professional DevOps consulting, managed DevOps services, cloud consulting, infrastructure automation, platform engineering, cloud migration, and other customized technical services. Because these services involve dedicated consulting time, planning, implementation, configuration, and technical expertise, all payments are non-refundable once work has commenced or services have been delivered.
By engaging Devoptro's services, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy. We encourage all clients to review our proposals, project scope, deliverables, and service agreements before confirming an engagement.
Devoptro is committed to delivering the consulting services, technical deliverables, and project milestones outlined in the approved proposal, statement of work (SOW), service agreement, or contract. Our team works closely with clients to ensure project objectives are met according to the agreed scope.
Refunds are generally not available for consulting engagements, managed services, cloud migration projects, infrastructure implementations, DevOps assessments, subscriptions, or professional services. Any request for a refund will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at Devoptro's sole discretion and in accordance with any applicable contractual obligations.
Services such as cloud architecture design, CI/CD pipeline implementation, Kubernetes deployments, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), DevSecOps integration, platform engineering, infrastructure optimization, automation development, and other client-specific consulting engagements are custom professional services. Payments made for these services are non-refundable once work has started.
Devoptro may recommend or integrate third-party cloud providers, software platforms, monitoring tools, domain services, SSL certificates, licensing, communication platforms, and other external services. Fees paid directly to these providers are governed by their respective terms and are not refundable through Devoptro.
Clients are responsible for providing timely access to cloud accounts, infrastructure, repositories, credentials, technical documentation, project stakeholders, and any information required to complete the engagement. Delays or project changes resulting from unavailable resources do not qualify for refunds unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Managed DevOps services, support retainers, infrastructure monitoring plans, maintenance agreements, and recurring subscription fees are billed according to the agreed service terms. Payments already invoiced or processed are non-refundable. Clients may cancel future renewals in accordance with the applicable agreement.
If you have concerns regarding an invoice or payment, we encourage you to contact Devoptro before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in suspension of services, termination of ongoing engagements, and the recovery of outstanding amounts where permitted by applicable law.
Devoptro reserves the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time to reflect changes in our business practices, services, or legal requirements. The latest version will always be published on this page, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
